CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Standard Reservations
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
- Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge of one night's stay
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the stay
2. Non-Refundable Rates
- Special discounted rates may be non-refundable
- These rates will be clearly marked during booking
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations or modifications
3. Group Bookings
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival
- 50% charge for cancellations within 7 days
- Full charge for cancellations within 48 hours
4. Special Events & Peak Seasons
- Special cancellation policies may apply during peak seasons
- Different terms may apply during local events or holidays
- These terms will be communicated during booking
