CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Standard Reservations

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge of one night's stay
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the stay

2. Non-Refundable Rates

  • Special discounted rates may be non-refundable
  • These rates will be clearly marked during booking
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations or modifications

3. Group Bookings

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival
  • 50% charge for cancellations within 7 days
  • Full charge for cancellations within 48 hours

4. Special Events & Peak Seasons

  • Special cancellation policies may apply during peak seasons
  • Different terms may apply during local events or holidays
  • These terms will be communicated during booking
