Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Wahab Heights, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking & Reservations

All bookings at Wahab Heights are subject to the following conditions:

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation
• Valid identification is required at check-in
• Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available for additional fees

Payment Terms

The following payment conditions apply to all guests:

• Full payment is required at check-in
• We accept major credit cards and cash payments
• Additional charges may apply for extra services
• All rates are in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS)

Hotel Rules

To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, the following rules apply:

• No smoking in rooms — designated smoking areas are available
• Pets are not allowed unless specifically arranged in advance
• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property

Liability

Wahab Heights shall not be held liable for the following:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Personal injury on premises (unless due to our negligence)
• Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
