1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Wahab Heights, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation
Valid identification is required at check-in
Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out may be available for additional fees

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at check-in
We accept major credit cards and cash payments
Additional charges may apply for extra services
All rates are in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS)

4. Hotel Rules

No smoking in rooms (smoking areas are designated)
Pets are not allowed unless specifically arranged
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property

5. Liability

Wahab Heights is not liable for:

Loss or damage to personal belongings
Personal injury on premises (unless due to our negligence)
Service interruptions beyond our control
